Bernhard Gibo studied geography at university (specialising in economic geography), and wrote his dissertation on the use of wind power. In 1996 he founded Aufwind Windenergie GmbH and took over the position of managing director. The company is active in the field of project development for wind turbines in Germany and Central Europe. After selling Aufwind Neue Energien GmbH to BayWa AG, in 2008 Bernhard Gubo founded geoenergie Bayern GmbH, where he remained CEO until August 2016. geoenergie Bayern GmbH successfully develops deep geothermal projects in Germany, among them a geothermal heating system for the largest greenhouse project in Germany. Alongside planning and implementing various international biogas plant projects, Bernhard Gubo also initiated the first retail fund for biogas plants in Germany and the first biomethane feed plant.

Chartered engineer Achim Fischer studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, and investigated the field of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) at BMW during the course of his dissertation. As a development engineer at BMW, he initially worked on developing methods for simulating external aerodynamics, and later as a development and computation engineer for air conditioning systems. For Siemens Corporate Technology he established services in the field of computational fluid dynamics. In 2004 he set up his own engineering firm, Ingenieurbüro A. Fischer , which was transformed in 2011 into IB Fischer CFD+engineering GmbH

Chartered engineer Stefan Kleinhansl studied aerospace engineering at the University of Stuttgart, and has over 25 years’ experience in the field of wind turbine development.
He has developed numerous rotor blades for renowned wind turbine manufacturers, as well as an aeroelasticity program for calculating the dynamic loads of wind turbines. He is managing director of Aero Dynamik Consult Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH.

Niels Immerkjær studied electrical engineering and attained a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Southern Denmark. He began his career as a project manager for thermal power plants at the Danish energy provider DONG. As Vice President Wind Worldwide at ABB, he successfully led the Task Force Wind, and as business developer he was involved in, among other activities, the stock market launches of World Wide Wind and wind turbine manufacturer LM. As managing director of ACE Composites, he developed special carbon components for numerous leading players in the wind power industry. Since 2003 he has been working at Övermöhle, Consult & Marketing GmbH in the Denmark region in realising interesting solutions and wind power projects together with various investor groups.
